Billing questions
What does a subscription actually buy?+
Features, not cheaper reports: automatic monitoring of your list, real-time Telegram/email push and queue priority. It also includes a batch of report credits each month (which reset monthly).
When exactly am I charged?+
Only a new report carrying a long/short signal is charged, at a flat 0.5 credits — the same on every plan. It comes out of your monthly plan credits first, then your top-up balance. Neutral reports are never charged, and reopening a report you already own is free.
Is there a daily limit?+
No. Usage follows the market — quiet weeks cost you almost nothing, and when things move you can ask all day. You only ever pay per signal report.
Do my credits expire?+
Your plan's monthly credits reset at the start of each month — they don't roll over. Top-up credits you purchase never expire and stay on your balance until you spend them.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. The credits already on your balance are yours to keep and spend — cancelling never takes them back. You just stop receiving the monthly grant and lose the paid features.
